Hello, 
My name is Kristine Ciancimino and I am the Customer Relations Manager at Team Auto Group. I am here and ready to help with all your customer concerns and compliments. Customer FAQ: 
Q: I haven't received my registration plates. 
A: The state has 30 days to get your plates processed and sent out to you. If you are a resident of North Carolina we will receive the plates and then contact you to pick them up or have them mailed to you. If you are out of state we will have the plates shipped to the address that was on your driver's license. If you have any questions or the 30 days has passed please reach out to our Customer Relations Department at 704-314-4041 and we will assist you in getting those plates. Please note that due to Covid some states have slowed down in processing registration plates. 

Q: I haven't received my payment booklet for my auto loan. 
A: Your first payment is typically due 45 days from signing if it is a finance and a lease is due 30 days. You should receive a statement in the mail from the lender. If you look at your paperwork you will see who your lender is and you can always call them to inquire. Once you have your first payment statement we would recommend going online and setting up your account with the lender to ensure you can make your payments online. 

Q: When should I see the survey from the manufacture? 
A: We recommend first checking your spam folder. If you still don't see it and it has been 10 to 14 days then just keep checking. We are always looking for excellent surveys and if for someone reason you can't give us an excellent (10) rating we would want the chance to fix it before you fill out the survey.

Q: Who am I financed with? 
A: This information will be located on your Bill of Sale. However, if you can't find it don't hesitate to reach out and we would be happy to look into that for you. 

Q: What do I need to bring with me for my complimentary car wash (Salisbury store only). 
A: You need to have the Team decal on the back of your vehicle. 

Q: Can I take my vehicle to any of the Team locations?
A: Yes
